🐎 Oklahoma State Roundup Clubs Association (OSRCA) Gathering & Potluck

The Oklahoma State Roundup Clubs Association (OSRCA) invites everyone to a family-oriented gathering focused on fellowship, food, and fun with friends who enjoy riding horses and being part of a strong community.

📍 Location: Grady County Fairgrounds

🍽️ Food & Potluck Details

• The Association will provide pulled pork and drinks

• Clubs are asked to bring:

  • Desserts

  • Potluck-style side dishes that pair well with pulled pork

  • Buns or bread

• Also need plates and eating utensils

🎁 Silent Auction

Many members shared how much they enjoyed the silent auction at the banquet, so we’re bringing it back!

• Items can include food, handmade items, or even that Christmas gift you didn’t need

• The person with the highest silent bid (or combination of bids) will receive FREE ENTRY

🤝 Community Outreach

Clubs are encouraged to help with community outreach and donations for the silent auction. Every contribution helps make this event a success.
