Celebrate Halloween, Chickasha-style! Neewollah (that’s “Halloween” spelled backwards) transforms the East End of Chickasha Avenue into a family-friendly street festival packed with games, live entertainment, tasty treats, and the 2nd Annual Civic Club Chili Cook-off.
