Yo ho ho, buccaneers! During this swashbuckling afternoon—based on the Challenge Island STEAM adventure book The Surprise at Blowcart Beach—STEAM Teams will work with their first mates to design and engineer wind-powered sloops and schooners. The session focuses on hands-on engineering, teamwork, and creative problem solving using everyday materials.
